Production time: The manufacturer will produce the item(s) ordered within 1-3 Business days (typically 1 day).
Shipping: We offer free standard ground shipping on all items, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping domestically within the USA. (typically 3-4 days).
International Shipping: Please allow 2-4 weeks. Shipping rates will be applied at checkout base upon location.
The Look by WPK estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:
estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time
Our average order fulfillment takes 5-7 business days for all production techniques.
We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfillment time. Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:
*Issues with print or embroidery files
*Products being out of stock
*Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.
If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.

Return policy:
Please be sure to reference the "Size Charts" provided before placing a order as our products are custom made to your order custom printed for you on-demand. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. But we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our return policy.

Simply contact us via e-mail or chat through the "Contact Us" we can discuss options to replace or return your product within 30 days of your receipt date. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, just send it back. As a print-on-demand provider, we can offer you the following return options:
*Exchange for a new product
*Exchange for a voucher. Can be redeemed towards your next order
*Refunding the purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t customize the product yourself. ("e.g." With a personalized picture or personalized text.)
